Your Courage Kitbag

You already have everything you need to be courageous.  You just need to find that out for yourself.

If you feel afraid and anxious it doesn’t mean that you are lacking courage, in fact it is quite the opposite.  Without fear you cannot have courage.

And take a look at your values, those principles that you hold to be important and will guide you in your decisions.  This list may help.

Find your support.  We each have our own personal journey to make, but we don’t have to be alone.  Seek the support of those members of family and friends who en-courage you.  And look for like-minded people to share your journey.
